Why Neuroversity exists
Conventional tertiary education was not designed for neurodivergent students. Large lecture halls, rigid assessment structures, and social environments that reward conformity over capability leave many brilliant minds without a pathway forward.
At the same time, South Africa's digital economy is growing — and there is a genuine need for skilled, capable technology workers. Neuroversity exists at the intersection of these two realities.
We believe that neurodivergent individuals — when given the right environment, the right support, and the right opportunities — can become some of the most valuable contributors in the digital workforce. Our model is designed to make that happen.
